Verified Pet Food Data is a static informational website. This policy is short because there isn't much to say yet — we'll update it the moment that changes.
Accounts
There are no user accounts, logins, or passwords on this site. We don't collect names, emails, or any personal information through the site itself.
Analytics
Analytics are not currently active on this site. If we add an analytics tool (to understand which pages are useful and fix broken ones), we will update this page to name the tool and describe what it collects before it goes live.
Cookies
The site stores one small piece of data in your browser's local storage — which search engine or AI assistant referred you here — used only to understand which channels bring readers to the site, and (in the future) to attribute affiliate purchases correctly. This never leaves your browser as a cookie sent to us; it's read only if you click through to a retailer link.
Data we don't sell
We do not sell, rent, or share visitor data with third parties. There isn't currently a mechanism to collect visitor data beyond the local-storage item described above.
Third-party links
Pages on this site link to official sources (FDA notices, brand labels) and, in the future, to retailers where you can buy a product. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we don't control.

If our data practices change — for example, when analytics or affiliate links go live — we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date above.
