CORRECTION to the task's premise: Meow Mix was NOT sold to Post Holdings. In the April 28, 2023 divestiture, Smucker sold Rachael Ray Nutrish, 9Lives, Kibbles 'n Bits, Nature's Recipe, Gravy Train, and private-label pet food to Post, but explicitly RETAINED Milk-Bone and Meow Mix.
